The European Commission (EC) has announced that it has decided to repeal the antidumping measures on imports of certain iron or steel ropes and cables originating in Russia following an expiry review.

The European Commission has found that the repeal of the antidumping measures on imports originating in Russia would in all likelihood not result in the recurrence of material injury to the EU domestic industry.

The products covered by the proceeding currently fall within CN codes ex 7312 10 81, ex 7312 10 83, ex 7312 10 85, ex 7312 10 89 and ex 7312 10 98.
