Egypt’s Ministry of Industry and Trade has announced the results of its antidumping (AD) duty investigation regarding imports of rebar from Turkey, Ukraine and China

Accordingly, for a period of four months, the ministry has calculated antidumping duties ranging between 10 percent and 19 percent for Turkey, between 15 percent and 27 percent for Ukraine and standing at 17 percent for China.

The ministry has also suspended the imposition of safeguard measures on imports of rebar, which was initially imposed in 2015.
