DOC rescinds AD review on HR flat products imported from India
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) on December 3, 2001 imposed anti-dumping duty on hot rolled carbon steel flat imported from India. DOC, on January 22, 2004 initiated administrative review of the anti-dumping duty on the subject product imported from Indian steel producer Essar Steel Ltd. The review covers the period December 31, 2002 through November 30, 2003. As no entries of subject of merchandise imported from the Indian producer into the US market during the period of review have been found out, DOC has determined to rescind the review with respect to Essar Steel.DOC rescinds AD review on HR flat products imported from India
