DOC rescinds AD review on CTL plate imported from Korea

The US Department of Commerce rescinds anti-dumping administrative review on cut-to-length carbon quality steel plate imported from Korea. The US Department of Commerce (DOC) on March 23, 2004 initiated administrative review of the anti-dumping duty on cut-to-length carbon quality steel plate imported from Korean producers Dongkuk Steel Mill (DSM), Korea Iron & Steel Co Ltd (KISCO) and Union Steel Manufacturing upon the request of domestic producers Nucor Corporation and International Steel Group (ISG), and the respondent DSM. The review covers the period February 1, 2003 through January 31, 2004. As the petitioners and the respondent withdrew their requests for a review, DOC has determined to rescind the anti-dumping administrative review on subject merchandise imported from Korea.
