DOC initiates new shipper review for flanges from India

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) on February 9, 1994 issued antidumping duty order on certain forged stainless steel flanges imported from India. DOC received requests from Indian producers Hilton Forge, Shree Ganesh Forgings and Paramount Forge for a new shipper review to be initiated. The producers claimed that they did not sell any subject merchandise during the period of review, which covered the period July 1, 1992 through December 31, 1992. DOC found that only Hilton Forge did not sell any subject merchandise during the period of review and accordingly determined to initiate new shipper review for Hilton covering the period February 1, 2004 through July 31, 2004. Preliminary results of this review will be published not later than 180 days from now.
