Brazil steelmaker Companhia Siderurgica Nacional (CSN) is said to be analyzing three proposals for its Sepetiba Tecon terminal, according to a media report.

A report from Valor said the company has limited to three the number of potential partners or buyers for its Tecon terminal. The companies interested in the asset are terminal operator PSA, from Singapore, Terminal Link and Brazil’s Multiterminais. A deal is expected to be concluded in August.

Valor noted a partnership with PSA is more likely to attract CSN due to the global progress perspective it can offer to CSN. PSA International is one of the world's largest port operators.

The Sepetiba Tecon terminal is a container terminal located in the bay of Sepetiba at the Itaguai port, in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
