Countries joining EU in 2004 to face problems due to Ukrainian quota

It is likely that countries whose access to the EU in 2004 has become final, may be subject to Ukraine's quota implementation to the EU members for their purchases from Ukraine. Currently these 10 countries; including Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Malta, Poland import around 800'000 tons per year from Ukraine. Many problems may arise In case new member countries are added to the quota implemented to the EU countries by Ukraine, which has been dropped from 365'000 t/y down to 185'000 t/y this year.
