Construction starts on structural steel project in Fukang, Xinjiang

Chinese metallurgical industry plantmaker MCC Tiangong Group Co., a subsidiary of state-owned China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC), has announced that construction of the 2 million mt per year capacity structural steel project of Fukang, Xinjiang-based Tianbao Structural Steel Manufacture Co. commenced on May 28.

MCC Tiangong Group Co. is expected to carry out construction on the project over 210 days, with completion scheduled for March 2013.
