Colombia’s unemployment rate drops to single digits in February

According to Colombia’s National Administrative Department of Statistics, DANE, unemployment in the country dropped to 9.9 percent in February. Just under 700,000 unemployed people were able to get some kind of employment mainly in cities like San Andres, Monteria, Barranquilla and Bogota.

The cities with the highest number of unemployed in the country include Cúcuta, Armenia, Florence.
