Civil construction cost increases in November in Buenos Aires

Cost of civil construction in the greater Buenos Aires area rose 1.4 percent in November, month-on-month, according to information released this week by the nation’s statistics agency, Indec.
 
The cost of civil construction in the greater Buenos Aires area increased 31.5 percent in the January-November period, year-on-year.
 
Cost of materials, workforce and general expenses in November rose 1.9, 0.8 and 2.6 percent, month-on-month, respectively.
 
As for the eleven-month period, cost of materials, workforce and general expenses increased 25.8, 32.7 and 50.1 percent, respectively, year-on-year.
