CITT finds Chinese steel grating caused injury

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) reported Tuesday that the dumping and subsidizing of steel grating from China that is not of stainless steel caused injury.

Therefore, the Canada Border Services Agency will collect anti-dumping and countervailing duties on the steel grating imports.

The CITT plans to issue the reasoning behind its decision on May 4.
