CISA mills' average daily crude steel output down 0.63% in Jan-Apr

The China and Steel Association (CISA) has announced that in the January-April period this year the average aggregate daily crude steel output of large and medium-sized steel enterprises in China - all CISA members- totaled 1.7567 million mt, down 0.63 percent year on year.

In the January-April period this year, the average aggregate daily pig iron output and finished steel output of large and medium-sized steel enterprises in China amounted to 1.7037 million mt and 1.7062 million mt, respectively, indicating respective decreases of 2.35 percent and 0.1 percent year on year.
