ChTPZ to supply large diameter pipes to Rosneft

Russia-based steel pipe producer ChTPZ Group has stated that it will deliver over 9,000 mt of large diameter pipes (LDP) for construction of the Suzun-Vankor oil pipeline. The project is being implemented by state-owned oil company Rosneft within its pipeline system in Yamal in northwestern Siberia. The period for shipment delivery is May-July 2014.

The pipes with diameter of 530 mm and wall thickness of 9 mm, made of stainless steel of 09GBYU grade, are made with polyurethane foam coating, and have an operating pressure of 6.3 MPa.
