Chinese government determined to continue imposing antidumping duties on
stainless cold rolled sheets imported from
Japan and S.
Korea.
The Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) had said on April 8, 2005 that it would re-examine in the coming year whether the antidumping measures against the mentioned steel products would be extended or canceled.

stainless cold rolled sheet in compliance with the No. 15 bulletin dated 2000 and announced by the Foreign Trade Economic Cooperation Department. The above mentioned product is within the range of item 72193100, 72193200, 72193300, 72l93400, 72193500, 72199000, 72202010 and 72202090. The period of implementation will be five years. The originally settled price will also remain effective.
