China’s steel bar imports up 11.3 percent in January-April

In April this year, China’s steel bar imports amounted to 110,000 mt, down 20,000 mt month on month and increasing by 3.4 percent year on year, while the steel bar import volume in the January-April period totaled 420,000 mt, up 11.3 percent year on year, as announced by the Chinese customs authorities.
