China’s pig iron output up 4.2 percent in January-April

In April this year, China produced 62.58 million mt of pig iron, increasing by 5.4 percent year on year, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).

In the January-April period of the current year, China produced 238.21 million mt of pig iron, up 4.2 percent year on year.
