China’s NDRC to hold meeting to ensure coal supply contract execution

China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has announced that it has called together the coal ministers of Shanxi Province, Shaanxi Province, Inner Mongolia, Henan Province, Shandong Province and Guizhou Province, as well as officials from Shenhua Group, China National Coal Group, China Huadian Corporation (CHD), State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC) and some other interested parties for another meeting to be held on December 1 regarding execution of medium-term and long-term coal supply contracts.
 
The NDRC stated that the meeting will mainly focus on how to guarantee the execution of medium-term and long-term coal supply contracts between coal producers and buyers and how to relocate company workers during the capacity reduction process.
