China’s Jinguang Group inks cooperation deal with Xinlian Logistics

Yibing Port Group, which manages Yibin Port on the Yangtze River in China's Sichuan Province, Sichuan-based stainless steel producer Jinguang Group and Sichuan-based Xinlian Logistics Co. have signed a cooperation agreement for the handling of goods for Jinguang Group at Yibin Port on the Yangtze River. The agreement will begin with the handling of 500,000 mt of stainless steel coils per year at Yibin Port.
 
Jinguang Group is an integrated enterprise focused on nickel, chromium and manganese ore exploration, as well as on stainless steel production. According to the deal, Jinguang Group will make use of the integrated logistics capabilities of Yibin Port to load and unload all goods transported through the Yangtze River.
