China’s average retail sales of consumer goods up 12.0 percent in 2013-2015

In the 2013-2015 period, the average annual growth rate of retail sales of consumer goods in China increased by 12.0 percent, 3.8 percentage points higher than the growth rate of gross domestic product (GDP) in the same period, as announced by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). 

In particular, average annual growth rate of retail sales of consumer goods in automobile sector stood at 7.8 percent in the given period.
