China Minmetals inks $560 million overseas loan deal in Hong Kong

China's biggest state-owned metals trader China Minmetals Corporation (China Minmetals) has inked a five-year $560 million overseas loan agreement in Hong Kong for its subsidiary China Minmetals H.K. (holdings) Ltd.
 
Eight banks are involved in providing the loan for China Minmetals, including Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Ltd, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd, Barclays Plc, HSBC Holdings Plc, JPMorgan Chase & Co, Mizuho Financial Group Inc, National Australia Bank Ltd and United Overseas Bank Ltd.
