Chengde Steel develops production of HRB 400C vanadium-added rebar

Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Chengde Iron and Steel Co. (Chengde Steel) has announced that it has successfully completed trial production of 8 mm and 10 mm diameter HRB400C vanadium-added rebar and started producing batches of this product.

The rebar in question indicates an increase of 50 percent in yield strength compared to the other rebar products produced by Chengde Steel.
