The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) Friday continued its finding made on February 2, 2010, in Inquiry No. NQ-2009-003, concerning the dumping of hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate from Ukraine.

The Tribunal found that the dumping of hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate from Ukraine was likely to result in injury. The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping duties on this product.
