On Friday, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) found that the dumping and subsidizing of carbon and alloy steel piling pipe originating in or exported from China had not caused injury but was threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.

As a result, anti-dumping and countervailing duties will be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency. Harrow, Ontario-based Atlas Tube Canada filed the company. The CITT will issue the reasons for its finding on December 17, 2012.
