The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has announced its preliminary injury decision regarding dumping and subsidizing of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) imports from Taiwan, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vietnam.

The CITT has determined that the abovementioned imports have caused or are threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.

As SteelOrbis previously reported, in July this year the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) initiated investigations into the alleged injurious dumping of certain OCTG products from nine countries.
