The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has announced the results of the expiry review of the antidumping (AD) duty on hot rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate imports from Bulgaria, the Czech Republic and Romania.

The CITT found that the dumping of the products in question from the abovementioned countries is likely to result in injury. The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose antidumping duties on these products.
