CAAM: China’s passenger vehicle output up 15.56 percent in Jan-Nov

In November this year, the output and sales volumes of passenger vehicles in China amounted to 2.6380 million units and 2.5902 million units, up 15.34 percent and 10.50 percent month on month, while rising by 17.62 percent and 17.24 percent year on year, respectively, as announced by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM). In the January-November period of the current year, the output and sales volumes of passenger vehicles in China totaled 21.7433 million units and 21.6781 million units, up 15.56 percent and 15.57 percent year on year, respectively. 
 
As for commercial vehicles, domestic output and sales volumes in November amounted to 372,600 units and 348,500 units, up 24.54 percent and rising by 13.98 percent month on month, while increasing by 18.68 percent and 11.70 percent year on year, respectively. In the January-November period of the current year, domestic output and sales of commercial vehicles totaled 3.2836 million units and 3.2699 million units, up 6.31 percent and 5.30 percent year on year, respectively.
