CAAM: China’s auto exports down 17.1 percent in January-July

In July this year, China’s auto export volume totaled 56,000 units, down 17.4 percent month on month, while decreasing by 7.9 percent year on year, including 36,000 passenger vehicles and 20,000 commercial vehicles, down 17.2 percent and 17.8 percent month on month, while decreasing by 11.2 percent and 1.4 percent year on year, respectively, as announced by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).
 
In the January-July period of the current year, China’s auto export volume totaled 370,000 units, down 17.1 percent year on year, including 235,000 passenger vehicles and 134,000 commercial vehicles, down 7.2 percent and 30.1 percent year on year, respectively.
