Brazilian distributors' steel sales up in July

Brazil's steel distributors association, Inda, has disclosed that its members' steel sales rose 26.6 percent year on year to around 263,000 tons in July. 

Distributors' stocks stood at around 770,000 tons at the end of July, up 10.8 percent from a year earlier.   

Inda's distributors purchased around 298,000 tons of steel from steel producers in July, an increase of 10.1 percent from a year earlier.
