According to Heilongjiang Province-based Chinese steel company Beiman Special Steel High Speed Wire Rod Co., a subsidiary of Dongbei Special Steel Group Co., in the first three months of the current year its crude steel output totaled 52,845 mt, while its finished steel output amounted to 44,470 mt.
 
In the given period, the sales revenues of Beiman Special Steel High Speed Wire Rod reached RMB 579.89 million ($92.00 million), while its net profit totaled RMB 7.77 million ($1.23 million). In March alone, its sales revenues reached RMB 231.88 million ($36.79 million), while its net profit amounted to RMB 3.17 million ($502,911).
