Baosteel wins tender to supply PPGI for Kunming South Railway Station

Shanghai-based Chinese steelmaker Baosteel has announced that it has won a tender to supply all pre-painted galvanized iron (PPGI) required for the Kunming South Railway Station project.
 
Kunming South Railway Station will be the largest high-speed railway station in China’s southwest area, while its passenger traffic volume will be six times that of Kunming Railway Station. The railway station will cover a total area of 92,000 square meters, while overall investment in its construction will amount to RMB 400 million ($62.63 million).
