Baosteel starts to build 2030 mm galvanizing line

"Baosteel Daily" reported on August 17 that China's giant steelmaker Baosteel has begun construction work on its new 2,030 mm wide galvanizing unit. With a designed annual capacity of 300,000 mt, this new unit will mainly produce high-quality fingerprint resistant galvanized sheets.

The thermal load test of the project is planned to be carried out on August 31, 2008.
