Shanghai-based Chinese steelmaker Baosteel has announced an operating revenue of RMB 133.435 billion ($19.70 billion) for the January-September period of the current year, up 9.20 percent year on year, with a net profit of RMB 5.598 billion ($0.83 billion), rising by 148.33 percent year on year.
In the given period, Baosteel produced 19.509 million mt of pig iron, 20.204 million mt of crude steel and 17.271 million mt of finished steel.
