Baosteel Desheng commissions annealing and pickling lines

Fujian Province-based Chinese steelmaker Baosteel Desheng Stainless Steel Co. has announced that on March 1 it successfully carried out hot testing of its stainless steel direct rolling annealing and pickling lines (DRAPL) in its cold rolled plant.

The production lines in question have a total length of 545 meters and mainly produce 200 series and 300 series cold rolled stainless steel coil, covering specifications in the range of 0.8-2.5 mm x 800-1,250 mm, with an annual output capacity of 400,000 mt.
