Average land prices in main Chinese cities up 3.25 percent in Q1

In the first quarter of the current year, the average land prices of the main monitored cities in China rose by 0.55 percent compared to the fourth quarter last year, while increasing by 3.25 percent year on year, as announced by China's Ministry of Land and Resources (MLR).

In particular, in the first quarter the land prices for commercial use, residential use and industrial use in the main cities increased by 0.62 percent, 0.53 percent and 0.54 percent, respectively, compared to the fourth quarter last year, while rising by 3.22 percent, 2.98 percent and 3.62 percent year on year.
