Australia sets preliminary AD duty for Thai hollow structural sections

Australia's Antidumping Commission has announced that it has imposed a preliminary antidumping (AD) duty on certain hollow structural section imports from Thailand. The preliminary antidumping rates range from 12.4 percent to 30.6 percent.

The antidumping duty investigation was launched in July 2014 upon the application lodged by Australia-based Austube Mills Pty. Ltd.
 
The products subject to preliminary duty currently fall under the Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7306.30.00, 7306.50.00, 7306.61.00 and 7306.69.00.
