On July 5, 2002, the Australian Customs Service imposed anti-dumping duties on hot rolled structural sections imported from South Korea, South Africa and Thailand.

On August 21, 2006 the Australian Customs Service issued an expiry notice with regard to the subject duties.

Since no application for the continuation of the duties has been submitted, the Australian Customs Service has announced that the antidumping duties on hot rolled structural sections imported from South Korea, South Africa and Thailand expired on July 5, 2007. Therefore, as of July 6, 2007, the subject antidumping duties are not in force.
