Argentina’s economic activity in April improved 1.7 percent, year-on-year, according to data released by the nation’s institute of statistics and census, Indec.
According to Indec, the nation’s economic activity in April was stable compared to March, with a 0.1 percent increase. Since October last year, the nation’s economic activity has been slightly improving. The level of the economic activity in April reached the highest level since November last year.
Preliminary data from Indec suggest the nation’s GDP in the first quarter of the year increased 1.1 percent, year-on-year, and 0.2 percent, quarter-on-quarter.
