Argentina's HR and CR steel outputs increase in Jan-Nov

In November last year, Argentina's production of hot rolled steel reached 436,600 metric tons, 11.1 percent lower than in the previous month and 11.5 percent higher than in November 2012, according to Argentina's Chamber of Steel. In the first 11 months of last year, Argentina's hot rolled steel production totaled 4.74 million metric ton, up 3.8 percent year on year.

In November last year, the country's cold rolled flat steel production decreased by 11.9 percent month on month and increased by 10.8 percent year on year to 123.900 metric tons, while cold rolled flat steel production increased by 7.5 percent year on year to 1.40 million metric tons in the first 11 months.
