Argentina’s auto output rises 24.1 percent in November from October

Argentina’s auto production output in November this year totaled 46,962 units, rising by 24.1 percent month on month and up 3.3 percent year on year, as announced by the country’s automotive industry association Adefa.
 
According to Adefa, in November Argentinian auto exports increased by 54.2 percent compared to the previous month and were up by 15.8 percent compared to November 2015 to 21,531 units. Meanwhile, car sales in the country in November totaled 62,401, increasing by 10.7 percent month on month and growing by 20.8 percent year on year.
 
The nation’s automotive industry produced 432,689 units in the January-November period of the current year, 12.6 percent less than in the same period of the previous year. Likewise, exports also declined in the first eleven months of this year to 171,206 units, down 25.3 percent year on year.
