ArcelorMittal Aktau to increase production of steel pipes

ArcelorMittal, one of the world's largest steel companies, has stated that ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Aktau, a part of the tubular division of ArcelorMittal and the only producer of welded steel line pipe of large diameter and provider of anti-corrosive coatings in Kazakhstan, plans to increase its annual production of steel pipes up to 60,000 mt in the next four years.

The company plans to produce 20,500 mt of steel pipes in 2014, but in the next four-year period it aims to increase production to a maximum of 60,000 mt
