According to Aperam’s statement, any transaction would be subject to a consultation process in accordance with French law and customary closing conditions, and would be expected to be completed by the end of the first half of the current year.

The concerned entities of the company had a combined turnover of €67 million and total shipments of 20,000 mt in 2015, and are considered as a non-core asset for Aperam.
