Anyang Steel develops new steel sheets for automotive application

Henan-based Chinese steel producer Anyang Steel Group has successfully developed 600MPa high strength steel sheet for automotive body applications with width of 1,350 mm and minimum thickness of 2.0 mm at its 1,780 mm continuous hot rolling mill.

The new product simultaneously features both lightness of weight and high strength.
