Ansteel wins large order for Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project

Liaoning Province-based Chinese steelmaker Angang Steel Company (Ansteel) has announced that it has signed a contract with China Railway Shanhaiguan Bridge Group Co. to supply 160,000 mt of steel plate, which will be used in the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project.
 
The project in question involves the construction of the longest bridge in China connecting the Chinese mainland with Hong Kong and Macau. The 160,000 mt order is the biggest-ever order for steel plate received by Ansteel.
