Ukrainian steelmaker Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works (Alchevsk), a subsidiary of Ukrainian steel producer Industrial Union of Donbass (ISD), has announced that in December this year its plans to increase its production of steel products by 13 percent month on month to around 370,000 mt.
In the January-November period of the current year, Alchevsk produced 3.1 million mt of steel products, down five percent year on year.
