AK Steel reaches labor deal with Mansfield Works employees

AK Steel announced today that the members of the United Steel Workers (USW) Local 169 have ratified a four-year labor agreement for workers at the company’s Mansfield Works in Ohio. The contract was ratified in voting held on March 13 and will be in effect until March 31, 2021.
 
According to AK Steel, the agreement covers about 300 hourly production and maintenance employees at the mill that produces stainless steel for primarily the automotive industry.
